Solve Rating Issue
Issue: "Not authorized to submit ratings or reviews"
If you can't see where to submit your rating or you see the above notification it means that your G Suite administrator does not allow you to submit a rating with your G Suite account. As a quick workaround you can use your personal gmail.com account. This will still count toward your rebate. Here is how to do it:
- Load Chrome Browser in Incognito mode
- Go to the rating page
- Click the blue Install button
- Login under your email@example.com account
- Once installed you can refresh the link above and the 'Rate this app' section should appear as shown in the image below:
